- Using pressure cooker cook chicken with salt, turmeric, coriander and oil with approx 2-3 cups of water for 3 whistel..
- While chicken is cooking, grind a fine paste taking Drycoconut, onion, daliya, coriander, and little oil.
- Now turn on the heat. In kadhai add remaining oil and heat it. Add add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Saut it for few seconds..
- Add fine paste of dry coconut in it. And cook it until it starts separating oil. Add powder spices at this stage..
- Now add just chicken pieces in it and mix it will with masala. Once all pieces coated with masala add chicken stock in it..
- Add little salt as we have already added it while getting chicken cooked. Bring it to boil..
- Once it starts layering oil on top, flame off burner. Garnish it with coriander. Serve it hot with bhakri nd rice.
