Steps to make Chicken curry:

  1. First will marinate the chicken add all marination ingredients nd put it in fridge atleast 8 hours.
  2. Take a kadai dry roast khada masala with dry cononut khush khush nd tilli roast it.
  3. Now grind it in mixer grinder to a very fine paste.
  4. Take a kadai nd add 2 spoons of oil add onion fry till golden brown nd add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 mins.
  5. Now add khada masala paste which we made earlier mix it nicely fry it 5 mins nd add tomatos stair it nicely nd cover it till tomato becomes mushy oil seperate on sides of kadai.
  6. When this masala cool down grind in very fine paste.
  7. Take kadai nd add 4 big spoons of oil nd add this masala to kadai..saute for 5-8 mins then add the marinated chicken to this masala mix it..nicely.
  8. After ten minute add hot water in chicken nd cover it till oil separate to masala nd chicken become very soft ur chicken curry is ready.
